As a woman-owned business based in Cartersville GA, we bring a unique perspective and unparalleled expertise to every project we undertake.

Rachel Barone, the Owner of PDP Countertops Inc., brings over 20 years of expertise into the custom countertop industry. Raised with all the principles of a Georgia girl, Rachel learned valuable lessons from her electrician father and artist mother. She graduated from KSU with a Bachelor of Science degree. Rachel also holds several American, National, and state of Georgia licenses. Her experiences have made her invaluable in both the technical aspects of kitchen and baths as well as the design aesthetics. Rachel has a keen eye for details, color usage, and passion for her industry, and the feeling of luxury it adds to each project. Bon Appetit’ magazine, and the Savannah Historical Preservation have featured her work. Countless others around the state have also benefited from her decorating guidance and K&B management.

Barry Carden, our Stone Specialist, is a Georgia native who attended UGA and started his early career with Anheuser-Busch and G&L Marble. In his many years working in the wholesale stone industry, he developed many professional connections throughout the Southeast. While being in the wholesale industry, he developed a wealth of knowledge pertaining to all natural stones. At PDP Countertops Inc., Barry primarily handles our builder and contractor accounts, however he still spends time in the office willing to help any and all customers who visit.

Eliza Barone, our Kitchen and Bath Specialist, grew up in the remodeling and construction business. She has been working full time at PDP since her high school graduation in 2018. While working, Eliza completed two college degrees - one AAS in Interior Design and another in Business Management. These programs allowed her to apply the knowledge she was gaining in real time with her customers. Eliza has an eye for design and the small details ensuring nothing gets missed. She prioritizes educating clients on the differences in material options so that they end up with a functional surface perfect for their expected level of use. Eliza is also available for design consultation, vignette creation, paint selection, and more.

Our Shop and Install Team: We are very lucky to have the fabrication and install crew that we do! They are extremely skilled craftsmen with many years of experience under their belts. Each member plays an integral part in making sure our processes go according to plan. In our business, you cant skip steps. We rely on one another to get the job done, so we all have a profound appreciation for one another.

At PDP Countertops Inc., we promote a drug-free environment which all our employees are in compliance with. Additionally, we do not use subcontractors for installation like some in this industry. We know that with experienced installers employed by our company, the end result of each job is better and leaves behind a happier customer.
